I need lots of lawyers help

Can someone tell me where to get a lawyer? The Chinese are getting illegal medical pay to cut off my private part. I need lots of lawyers. 

I know you all starting to want Chinese and starting to like them. I need help against them. They are cutting my private part.

Ah, I never been to school. I have got ESL classes all my life. I still need to get my GED. The Chinese was in charge of my education. They were saying I am not a Chinese, refuse to let me be educated. Everything I did in my life was donated to other people for a better life. Even with ESL classes. My education financial was donated off to other people. And they are still saying I owe money on ESL classes I did not pay them off. I never been to college. A lot of the college offers ESL classes.
